Sharon M. Hook Sharon M. Hook, 73, Hannaford, ND, died Monday, July 4, 2016 in the Griggs County Care Center in Cooperstown, ND. Sharon Marie Fliflet was born December 14, 1942 to Julius and Sylvia (Petersen) Fliflet. She grew up on the family farm in Dover Township and attended Dover Township School and Hannaford Public School. She married Marvin Hook on February 6, 1959. They made their home in Hannaford their entire married life. She worked as a bookkeeper and in retail sales. Marvin passed away March 31, 2012. Sharon loved visits with her family and her coffee friends, and gathering antiques and collectibles. She was a member of the Legion Auxiliary and the Circle Group at Faith Lutheran Church in Hannaford. Sharon is survived by four sons: Ron (Julie) Hook, Hannaford, ND; Don (Sherrie) Hook, Wimbledon, ND; Bob Hook, Cooperstown, ND; and Terry Hook, Hannaford, ND; one sister, Faye (Everett) Vigesaa, Cooperstown, ND; one brother, Julius (Ann) Fliflet, Hannaford, ND; a special friend, Elgar Paulson, Hannaford, ND; thirteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; one aunt; eleven nieces and three nephews; and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Marvin; her daughter, Susan Hook; and her parents and grandparents. Funeral Services will be at 10:30am, Friday, July 8, 2016 at Faith Lutheran Church in Hannaford, ND. Visitation will be 5:00pm to 7:30pm Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Quam-Plaisted-Cushman Funeral Home in Cooperstown, ND and one hour before services at the Church. Prayer Service will be at 7:30pm, Thursday, July 7, 2016 at Quam-Plaisted-Cushman Funeral Home in Cooperstown, ND. Interment will be at the Faith Lutheran Cemetery, Hannaford, ND.
