She was an active member of Grace Lutheran Church, a 4-H Leader, a volunteer at the Griggs County Nursing Home and the More For Less store. She loved to bowl, dance, square dance, knit, crochet, her garden and flowers, and to play pinochle for hours with friends. She loved music and was blessed with the special talent of playing the piano, organ, violin and accordion by ear. Evelyn is survived by her two daughters, Sandra Gotfredson and Connie (John) Swenson and son Ronald Dahl, all of Cooperstown and niece, Kay (Blair) Ostenson and nephew, Randy (Micelle) Law of Ft. Worth, TX whom she loved and thought of as her own children, in addition to twelve nieces and ten nephews who all held a special place in her heart, and sister-in-laws Marlene and Alice Flick.
