EVELYN C. OMDAL Funeral Services will be held Monday, June 14, 2010 at 10:00 am in the Quam-Plaisted-Cushman Funeral Home in Cooperstown, ND. Visitation will be held Sunday June 13, 2010 from 5:00 till 7:00 in the Quam-Plaisted-Cushman Funeral Home and will continue one hour prior to services in the Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, rural Binford, ND. Evelyn C. Omdal, 88 of Binford, ND passed away, June 10, 2010 in the Cooperstown Medical Center Nursing Home in Cooperstown, ND. Evelyn Charlotte Rockvoy was born June 1, 1922 in Rugby, ND the daughter of Charles and Emma (Solberg) Rockvoy. She attended rural school and graduated from Willow City High School in 1940. She attended Business College in Fargo for two years. She then worked in the Bottineau County Treasurers Office in Bottineau, ND for many years. She married Clifford Omdal September 9, 1967 in Bottineau, ND. The couple farmed and ranched in the Binford and Red Willow area for many years. Evelyn loved her flower garden. She is survived her husband, Clifford, Binford, ND; brother, Walter (Joanne) Rockvoy, Willow City, ND and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
