Doris Jean Smith April 9, 1935 – June 12, 2020 Doris Smith of Fargo died at Eventide Fargo. Doris was born to Dale and Leona Woodbury in Page, ND. She grew up in Page and graduated from Page High School. On February 19, 1955, she married Lloyd Smith and made their first home in Pillsbury, ND. Lloyd’s job required a move to Walum, ND. After Lloyd’s death, Doris moved to Fargo to be close to her three daughters and grandchildren. Her daughters are Melody (Gary) Larson, Fargo; Rene Smith, Fargo; and Lori Doele, Fargo. Grandchildren are Alexandra Doele and Jacob (Reanna) Doele. And her great granddaughter is Georgiana Doele. She is survived by daughters, grandchildren, and great granddaughter; sisters Mary Hancock and Audrey Nemec; and brother Thomas Woodbury. Visitation will be Monday, June 22 from 1:00 – 2:00 pm in the Quam-Plaisted-Cushman Funeral Home followed by a funeral at 2:00 in the Funeral Home.
